1. What We Collect
When you use RevSharrk, we collect the business information you provide, including revenue, costs, customer metrics, and conversation history, along with basic account information (name, email). We do not collect payment card data directly; payments are handled by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to power RevSharrk's consulting features: generating metric analysis, trend forecasts, and personalized action recommendations. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is required to operate the service.
3. Third-Party AI Processing
RevSharrk uses Groq, Inc., Microsoft Azure AI, and Anthropic PBC to process AI requests. When you send a message or request an analysis, relevant context (your business profile and conversation) is transmitted to these providers' servers to generate a response. This data is used solely to produce the response and is not retained by these providers for any other purpose, including training their models. These providers process this data under their own privacy policies and our Data Processing Agreements with them.
4. Data Storage and Access
Your business profile and conversation history are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider, with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to your account, RevSharrk personnel and systems required to operate the service, and — if you are matched with a human RevSharrk business consultant — that specific consultant, solely for the duration of your active match and solely to provide consulting services to you. Consultant access is enforced both by our application and independently at the database level, and is logged for security purposes. If you are matched with a consultant, your email address and theirs are visible to each other for the duration of the match, so you can contact each other directly.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
